    Call-Out Fee Structure:

    • $75 – 0–25 miles

    • $100 – 26–50 miles

    • $125 – 51–60 miles

    • $150 – 61–80 miles

    • 80+ miles – Travel billed at hourly rate

    • Special Service Locations The following areas have a flat $50 call-out fee: Canton, IL Giant Goose Ranch Canton Lake

      Return Call-Out Fee Policy
      If a follow-up visit is required for the same issue, the return call-out fee is charged at 50% of the original call-out fee.

  • hourly labor rate for all repair, diagnostic, and installation services. This ensures accurate billing based on the time and complexity required for each job.

    Standard Labor Rate:

    $150 per hour

    How Billing Works:

    • Labor is billed in hourly increments

    • A 1-hour minimum applies to all service calls

    • After the first hour, time may be billed in smaller increments (as applicable)

    • Time starts upon arrival and ends when work is completed

  • RV Winterization Service

    • $150 – Includes full winterization + call-out fee (within 25 miles of Canton)

    • Travel Fee: Every additional 25 miles = +$25

    Add-On Services:

    • Washer Winterization: +$10

    • Dishwasher Winterization: +$10

    • Ice Maker Winterization: +$10

  • RV De-Winterization Service

    • $150 – Includes full de-winterization (within 25 miles of Canton)

    • Travel Fee: Every additional 25 miles = +$25

    What’s Included:

    • Full water system pressurization

    • Complete inspection for leaks and proper operation

    Add-On Services:

    • Anode Rod Replacement: +$20

  • To continue providing convenient and secure payment options, a 4% processing fee is applied to all payments made by credit or debit card.

    Why This Fee Exists:

    Credit card companies charge processing fees on every transaction. This fee helps offset those costs so we can continue offering card payment as an option.

    Payment Options:

    • Credit/Debit Card – 4% processing fee applies

    • Cash or Check – No additional fee

    With Klarna, you may be able to:

    • Pay over time instead of all at once

    • Choose installment plans (subject to approval)

    • Get quick decisions with no long-term commitment

    How It Works:

    • Klarna is available on eligible invoices

    • Customers apply directly through Klarna at time of payment

    • Approval and terms are determined by Klarna

    Important Notes:

    • Snell Mobile RV Solutions LLC does not control approval decisions

    • Payment plans, interest, or fees (if any) are set by Klarna

    • Full payment to us is processed through Klarna once approved

    • You are responsible for making payments to Klarna per their terms

    For certain common repairs and installations, Snell Mobile RV Solutions LLC may offer flat-rate pricing. This means you are given a fixed price for the job upfront, regardless of the time it takes to complete.

    What Flat-Rate Pricing Means:

    • A set price is agreed upon before work begins

    • Covers standard labor for the specific service

    • No hourly billing for that specific job

    When Flat Rates Apply:

    Flat-rate pricing is typically used for:

    • Faucet replacements

    • Water heater components (elements, thermostats, anode rods)

    • Basic electrical or plumbing repairs

    • Standard part replacements with predictable labor time

    More complex or diagnostic-heavy jobs may still be billed hourly.

    What’s Included:

    • Labor required to complete the agreed service

    • Professional installation or repair

    • Basic system testing after completion

    Important Notes:

    • Flat-rate pricing applies only to the specific service listed

    • Additional issues discovered during the job may require:

      • Additional flat-rate charges, or

      • Reverting to hourly labor (with customer approval)

    • Parts are not included unless clearly stated

    • A call-out (travel) fee still applies unless otherwise noted

  • Parts & Materials: Any replacement parts, shop supplies, or miscellaneous materials required to complete the repair will be billed in addition to labor.

    Customer Provided Parts:

    Snell Mobile RV Solutions is not responsible for failures related to customer supplied parts. Labor to install customer-provided parts is still billed at the standard hourly rate unless job is flat rated.

  • Warranty & Insurance Policy
    Snell Mobile RV Solutions is an independent service provider. We do not handle factory warranty work, extended warranty claims, or insurance claims.

    By operating independently, we’re able to:

    • Schedule faster service

    • Provide straightforward diagnostics and repairs

    • Focus on quality workmanship without delays from third-party approvals

    • Customers are welcome to submit their own claims or reimbursement requests if applicable.
